Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus acidophilus triple living bacteria preparation on intestinal flora after intestinal surgery. Methods Altogether 90 patients with colorectal cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into probiotics group and control group by using lots drawing according to the order of admission, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with radical resection;probiotics group accepted 7-day probiotic therapy before surgery. The postoperative recovery, distribution of intestinal flora before and after surgery, postoperative immune function indexes level were compared between two groups. Results The recovery time of bowel sound, exhaust time, eating time, defecation time and abdominal pain relief time of patients in the probiotics group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05);the number of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus and B/E levels of the probiotics group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the number of escherichia coli of the probiotics group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The level of IgA,IgG and CD4+/CD8+after surgery in the probiotics group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative supplement of triple viable bacteria can effectively improve the intestinal flora and immune indexes after intestinal surgery, which shortens the recovery time of intestinal function after surgery and has high application value.
