Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia with low dose Bupivacaine combined with Fentanyl in emergency cesarean section. Methods From February 2015 to April 2016,104 cases of emergency cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research object, randomly divided into single drug group and combined treatment group, with 52 cases in each group. The single drug group was given Bupivacaine (7.5 mg) anesthesia, the combined drug group was given low dose Bupivacaine (5 mg)combined with Fentanyl (20 μg) combined with spinal epidural anesthesia. The results of operation anesthesia, the excellent rate of anesthesia and adverse reactions were observed between the two groups. Results The combined treatment group anesthesia onset time, anesthesia time, completely limb sensation recovery time were lower than those of the single drug group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The combined treatment group pain recovery time is higher than the single drug group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Fine rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the single drug group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in the single drug group (7.69% vs. 25%),andthe difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose Bupivacaine combined with Fentanyl combined with lumbar epidural anesthesia is effective in emergency cesarean section and has good analgesic effect and low incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical use.
