Abstract:Objective To analyze the changes of serum trace elements and humoral immune factors in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and their clinical significance. Methods A total of 56 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017.The number of patients with repeated respiratory tract infection was set up as observation group. In addition,78 normal healthy children were collected at the same period after physical examination, and they were set as control group.Serum trace elements, humoral immune factors and serum complement and C reactive protein levels were measured in two groups of subjects. Results Blood trace elements, humoral immune factors and serum complement and C reactive protein were detected in the two groups, but the blood trace elements and humoral immune factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The serum complement and C reactive protein levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and all the differences showed significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the implementation of the clinical diagnosis of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection, through the change of blood trace elements and humoral immune factors can play a good effect in clinical diagnosis and treatment can also be carried out according to the corresponding treatment level,in order to achieve better results.
