无痛病房规范化护理对癌痛患者疼痛的控制效果

摘要目的探讨癌痛患者实施无痛病房规范化护理对其疼痛控制效果的影响。方法选择2015年8月～2016年8月在我院收治的94例晚期肿瘤患者的临床资料，按照护理措施的不同将其分为研究组与对照组，每组47例。研究组采用无痛病房规范化护理，对照组采用常规护理，对比两组护理效果。结果研究组疼痛缓解率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预前，两组疼痛评分对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，研究组疼痛评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在癌痛患者的临床护理过程中，实施无痛病房规范化护理的效果显著，能减轻患者疼痛程度，提升疼痛缓解率和护理满意度，值得进行深入研究和推广。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of implementing normalized nursing in painless ward on pain control in patients with cancer pain.Methods94 patients with advanced cancer treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing measures,they were evenly divided into research group and control group,47 cases in each group.In the research group,normalizednursing of painless ward was adopted,while in the control group,conventional care was used.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.ResultsIn the research group,the pain alleviating rate was higher than that in the control group with a statistical difference(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the pain score in the research group was lower compared with that in the control group with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group,which was displayedstatistical significance(P＜0.05).ConclusionIn the course of clinical nursing for patients with cancer pain, application of normalized nursing in painless ward can obtain a remarkable effect by alleviating patient′s pain and improving pain alleviation rate and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of further study and promotion.
