Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the influence analysis of acupoint massage during perinatal period on postpartum lactation in cesarean section puerpera.Methods120 cesarean section puerperae treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and they were divided into the observation group and control group,and there were 60 cases in each group.The two groups were given the routine health education and postnatal nursing,while the observation group was given acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The initial time of lactation,lactation amount and serum prolactin level of two groups was observed respectively.ResultsThe proportion of colostrum secretion in 24 h in puerpera of the observation group was 46.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (16.67%)(P＜0.05).Lactation amount in puerpera of the observation group was significantly better than of the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum prolactin level in the observation group was(27.30±2.45)ng/ml,which was significantly higher than that of the control group [(20.12±2.13)ng/ml],and there was a statistical difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionAcupoint massage can shorten the initial time of lactation,increase the lactation amount and the serum prolactin level.
