Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of nutritional management combined with moxibustion on quality of life in patients with lung cancer after radical operation.MethodsOur research team build the nutritional management group,performed the efficiency mode of nutritional management.From December 2013 to December 2016,96 cases patients with lung cancer after radical operation were divided randomly into nutritional support therapy group(n=48)and control group(n=48).All patients followed prescribed therapy,the treatment group were given nutritional support combined with moxibustion.The quality of life,hospital stay and satisfaction rate were compared between two groups.ResultsThe satisfaction rate was 93.8%in treatment group and 79.2%in the control group,there was significant difference between them(P<0.05).The hospital stay in treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The body function,mood function,fatigue,vomiting eased,cough,breathing problem and chest pain in treatment group were better than control group,there was significant difference between them(P<0.05).ConclusionThe nutritional management combined with moxibustion could improved the quality of life,shorten the length of hospital stay,improved the satisfaction rate in patients with lung cancer after radical operation.
