Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(only for children)as an adjunctive therapy on herpangina.MethodsFrom January 2016 to April 2017,130 pediatric patients with herpangina treated in our hospital were selected and they were divided into 3 groups by a random number table method.In group A(n=43),intravenous drip of Xiyanping Injection was used,and in group B (n=43),Ribavirin Injection for intravenous drip was used,while in group C (n=44),on the basis of the group A,Shuanghuanglianoral Liquid (only for children)was added.It was observed for 5 days by continuous medication.The total effective rate and recovery time of symptoms among three groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate was 100.00%,which is greatly higher than that in group A(86.04%)and group B(76.74%)with statistical differences(P＜0.05).In group C,the time of abating fever,herpesdisappearing,and food refusal and drooling was much shorter in comparison with those in group A and group B,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).ConclusionCombination of Shuanghuanglianoral liquid (only for children)and Xiyanping injection can obtain a remarkable effect on treating pediatricherpangina,which can alleviate children patients′clinical signs sooner compared with those only by Xiyanping or Ribavirin,which is worthy of clinical further promotion and application.
