针刺结合艾灸脑空穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果

摘要目的探讨针刺结合艾灸脑空穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果。方法选取2016年6月~2017年6月我院康复科收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者60例,随机分为两组,分别采用针刺结合艾灸治疗（观察组30例）和针刺治疗（对照组30例）,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组治疗后的椎动脉（VA）和基底动脉（BA）的平均血流速度（Vm）值均明显高于治疗前,且高于同一时期的对照组,治疗总有效率（96.7%）高于对照组（80.0%）,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针刺结合艾灸脑空穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病,能够加快脑血流速度,提高治疗效果。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion at Naokong acupoint in treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods 60 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis treated in department of rehabilitation of our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups and they were treated with acupuncture plus moxibustion therapy (30 cases in observation group) and acupuncture therapy (30 cases in control group) respectively.The clinical effect between the two groups was compared.Results The post-operative average blood flow velocity (Vm) of vertebral artery (VA) and basilar artery (BA) of observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and higher than those of control group at the same period.The total effective rate of observation group (96.7%) was higher than that of control group (80.0%) with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with moxibustion at Naokong acupoint treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis can accelerate the cerebral blood flow velocity and inprove the therapeutic effect.
