胃食管反流病的研究进展

摘要胃食管反流病（GERD）系胃食管暴露于胃酸而引发的一类疾病总称,首要表现为胃食管返流症和食管黏膜损伤。目前GERD高发病率表现受到越来越多的关注。本文就近年来有关文献对GERD的发病机制、治疗方法及治疗药物、动物模型等方面进行归纳,为进一步研究GERD提供新思路与新线索。

Abstract：Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a type of disease that stomach esophagus is exposed to gastric acid,which always firstly manifested as gastroesophagal reflux and esophageal mucosal injury.Currently,its researches have been catching more attention.This review summarize the various literatures on the pathogenesis of GERD,treatment drugs,animal models and other aspects,in order to obtaining new ideas and clues for study of gastric esophageal reflux disease.
