Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of meticulous nursing care in the patients with habitual abortion.Methods 76 patients with habitual abortion who were admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given regular nursing care,and the observation group was given meticulous nursing care.The nursing effect was compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 89.5%,significantly higher than that of 71.1% in the control group (P<0.05).SAS,SDS scores upon discharge in the observation group were both significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate was 94.7%,significantly higher than that of 73.7% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Meticulous nursing intervention for the patients with habitual abortion can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of negative emotions and establish a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
