Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic uterine artery blockage combined with myomectomy and nursing care. Methods 66 patients with uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the subjects and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the time of admission. The observation group was given laparoscopic uterine artery blockage combined with myomectomy. The control group was given laparoscopic myomectomy. All the patients were treated with nursing care during the perioperative period. The duration of surgery, intraoperative blood loss, length of hospital stay and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results The duration of surgery in the observation group was longer than that in the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic uterine artery blockage combined with myomectomy and comprehensive and meticulous care cooperation can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the length of hospital stay,so that patients can quickly return to normal life, worthy of clinical application.
