Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of free position delivery in promoting natural childbirth.M ethods90 cases of pregnantwomen admitted in our hospital from December 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with traditional position, and the observation group was given free body position. The clinical value of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and the total labor timewere shorter than the control group(P<0.05),the second stage of labor time difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence ofmaternal and neonatal complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Apgar score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionFree body position delivery can effectively improve the natural childbirth rate.
