Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of quality control circle (QCC)in nursing service quality management,and to provide reference for clinical nursing mode.MethodsFrom September 2015 to September 2016,40 nursing staff in our hospital were selected as research objects,and they were divided into the observation group (n=20)and control group(n=20).The observation group was given QCC working model,while the control group was given the routine management and working model.Work efficiency,the satisfaction degree of patients and medical consumables use between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe working efficiency of nursing staff in the observation group was 100.0%,which was much higher than that of the control group(70.00%)with a statistical difference(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree was 100.0%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%)with a great difference(P＜0.05).The effective use rate of medical consumables in the observation group was 88.47%,which was higher than that of the control group (76.61%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionQuality control circle work model can significantly improve the work efficiency of nursing staff,improve the patients′satisfaction degree of nursing,and make the nursing management model more standardized,and it is suitable for promotion and use for clinical nursing.
