Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Terbutaline in the treatment of bronchiectasis.Methods100 cases of bronchiectasis admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,58 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, including oxygen, antibiotics(infection control),Aminophylline intravenous and inhaled corticosteroids, the observation group was treated by aerosol inhalation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Terbutaline suspension on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated with 7 d,the clinical efficacy, the wheezing subsided time, cough subsided time, chest distress subsided time and lung function related indicators in the two group were observed.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than 72.0%of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The wheezing subsided time, cough subsided time, chest distress subsided time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of FVC,FEV1and PEF after treatment in the two groups was higher than that before treatment, with significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of FVC,FEV1 and PEF after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionAmbroxol Hydrochloride combined with Terbutaline is effective in the treatment of bronchiectasis, and can rapidly improve the symptoms of bronchiectasis,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application
