Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma puncture and drainage in the treatment of HICH with three-dimensional reconstruction of CT.Methods176 cases of HICH in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2016 were selected and divided into simple CT positioning patients(control group)and spiral CT localization patients(observation group)according to the three-dimensional reconstruction, there were 89 cases in the control group and the other in the observation group (n=87).The effect of two methods on the localization of intracranial hematoma, appropriate puncture point using hose puncture, drainage efficiency were observed.ResultsThe effective rate in patients of observation group(93.10%)was higher than that in patients of control group(86.52%)(P<0.05).The success rate of observation group was 93.10%,which was significantly higher than that of control group (86.52%,P<0.05).The postoperative complications were compared between the two groups, the patients with spiral CT localization, the rate of postoperative rebleeding(6.90%)was significantly lower than that of the patients with simple CT(13.80%)(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of CT 3D reconstruction in soft channel minimally invasive intracranial hematoma drainage in patients with HICH,the clinical effect of spiral CT 3D reconstruction method is obviously better than that of simple CT three-dimensional reconstruction, the accuracy of positioning is high, the patient′s postoperative complications are less, and can significantly improve the prognosis of patients.
