Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the therapeutic efficacy and therapeutic comfort of heated humidified high-flow nasal can-nula(HHFNC)and nasal continuous positive airway pressure(NCPAP)in treating neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS).Methods60 patients with NRDS admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the study object.60 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group, the patients of the two groups were given two kinds of airway treatments of HHFNC and NCPAP respectively, the treatment comfort level and related complications of patients in two groups were compared.ResultsThe EDIN score of the children in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was fewer than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with nasal continuous positive airway pressure, providing heated humidified high-flow nasal can-nula for child patients with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome can significantly improve the comfort, and reduce the incidence of complications such as nose injury, so that it has a certain promotional value.
