Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of infrared light irradiation combined with antibiotic intravenous infusion on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in our hospital from October 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:40 cases of the control group were given intravenous infusion of antibiotics, while 40 cases of the intervention group were given infrared light irradiation with intravenous infusion of antibiotics. The treatment effect of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, time of leucorrhea test returned to normal, the time of elimination of abdominal pain, the time of disappearance of lower abdominal bulge, the time of elimination of pelvic mass were compared between the two groups;the levels of TNF-α,CRP,IL-1β and IL-6 and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.ResultsTreatment effect was compared between the two groups, and the intervention group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);time of leucorrhea test returned to normal, the time of elimination of abdominal pain, the time of disappearance of lower abdominal bulge, the time of elimination of pelvic mass were compared between the two groups, the intervention group were short than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of TNF-α, CRP,IL-1β and IL-6 and other inflammatory factors were compared between two groups, there were no significant differences before intervention between the two groups(P>0.05),while the levels of TNF-α,CRP,IL-1β and IL-6 and other inflammatory factors after the intervention of the two groups were superior to those before intervention, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Quality of life was compared between the two groups, there was no significant differencebetween the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after intervention, the intervention group was superior to the controlgroup, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionInfrared light irradiation combined with antibiotic intravenous infusion is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,it can effectively improve the symptoms, shorten the time to eliminate symptoms, reduce the level of inflammation, improve the quality of life of patients,it is worth promoting.
