Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c)and high-sensitivity troponin T(hs-cTnT)in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy.Methods100 patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy from January to October in 2016 in our hospital were selected as the diabetic cardiomyopathy group,100 patients with simple diabetes mellitus at the same time were enrolled as the simple diabetes mellitus group, the Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyzed the relationship between HOMA-IR,HbA1c and hs-cTnT,the level of HOMA-IR,HbA1c and hs,cTnT of all patients were analyzed.ResultsThe levels of HOMA-IR,HbA1c and hs-cT-nT in the diabetic cardiomyopathy group was higher than that in the simple diabetes mellitus group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The results of the Pearson correlation analysis showed that,HOMA-IR and HbA1c were positively related to hs-cTnT(P<0.05).When HOMA-IR took 2.85 as the critical value,HbA1c took 7.35%as the critical value,and hs-cTnT took 0.28 as the critical value,the positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of the three combined detection methods for predicting diabetic cardiomyopathy were 93.20%,95.88%,94.50%,respectively,and the actual results were basically the same,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionThe levels of HOMA-IR and HbA1c in diabetic patients are related to myocardial injury,The combined detection of HOMA-IR, HbA1c and hs-cTnT levels may be an important reference marker for predicting the occurrence of diabetic cardiomyopathy,it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
