Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of corneal plastic surgery on ocular regulation parameters and stereopsis in myopia patients.Methods60 patients with myopia in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 as the observation of this study, with the equivalent spherical degree of 60 cases of myopia patients were divided into three groups, among them, low myopia(diopter<-2.00 D)in 27 cases, moderate myopia(diopter between-2.00--4.00 D)18 cases, high myopia(diopter>-4.00 D)15 cases.60 cases of myopic patients were treated with corneal plastic surgery, compared with three groups of patients with myopia eye regulation parameters and stereopsis indicators.ResultsThe uncorrected visual acuity and refraction were significantly improved in 60 patients with myopia after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the adjustment range and adjustment sensitivity between the three groups of patients with myopia (P<0.05) Between the difference in distance vision, near vision difference, stereoscopic vision difference between the significant differences(P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of myopia with corneal plastic surgery can improve the visual acuity and eye regulation parameters of the patients, and improve the stereoscopic sharpness.
