Abstract:ObjectiveTo discuss the effectiveness of treatment of Nitroglycerin combined with Ginkgo Dipyridamole in patients with hypertensive encephalopathy.Methods120 cases with hypertensive encephalopathy treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group was treated with Sodium Nitroprusside,and the observation group was treated with Nitroglycerin Combined with Ginkgo Dipyridamole.The clinical treatment effect and the degree of blood pressure recovery were observed in patients of two groups.ResultsAfter treatment,the total effective rate in patients of the observation group(98.33%)was obviously higher than that of control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in patients of the observation groups was(153.56±6.35)mmHg and(91.55±5.95)mmHg,and the control group was(162.78±10.99)mmHg and(95.12±8.68)mmHg,and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure recovery in the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionFor patients with hypertensive encephalopathy,Nitroglycerin combined with Ginkgo Dipyridamole can effectively improve the clinical effect of patients,and is conducive to the recovery of systolic and diastolic blood pressure.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
