Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze and explore the changes and clinical significance of coagulation-related indexes in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.MethodsFrom January 2015 to December 2016,300 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted into our hospital were selected as research objects.Among them,120 patients diagnosed as gestational hypertension were classified into group A,108 patients with mild preeclampsia were set as group B,and the rest 72 severe preeclampsia patients were set as group C.After that,60 healthy pregnant women in full term during the same period were set as normal late pregnancy group. The activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FBG),prothrombin time (PT),antithrombinⅢ (AT-Ⅲ),thrombin time (TT),PT-INR,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride triglyceride(TG),thrombocytocrit(PCT),platelet distributing width(PDW),platelet count(PLT),and mean platelet volume(MPV)were observed and compared in these groups.ResultsCompared with the normal late pregnancy group,APTT,PT,AT-Ⅲ,PT-INR,and PLT of the group A,B,and C were all greatly decreased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PT was gradually decreased in group A,B,and C.In comparison of the normal late pregnancy group,FBG,TG,PDW,and MPV were all markedly increased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).MPV was gradually increased in group A,B,and C accordingly. There was no significant difference in TT,TC,PCT(P>0.05).ConclusionFor patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension, the more severe the disease condition is,the easier coagulation becomes as well as thrombogenesis.
