Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of patients with giant uterine fibroids.MethodsFrom June 2014 to June 2016,90 cases with giant uterine leiomyoma in our hospital were divided into two groups by random number table method,45 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated by laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy, while the control was treated by laparotomy hysterectomy. The therapeutic effect of two groups was observed, and the operation time, ambulation time, postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were compared.ResultsBleeding and wound healing rate in the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05),while the hospital time, operation time, anus exhaust time, ambulation time of the experimental group was respectively significantly shorter than that of the control group, rate of postoperative fever of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).ConclusionThe use of giant uterine fibroids patients undergoing laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy treatment can effectively reduce the impact on the patient, also can achieve significant clinical effect,is conducive to the recovery of patients, worthy of clinical application
