Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of blood purification therapy(CRRT)on patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS)and its prognosis.Methods40 patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome from June 2015 to June 2016 were divided into two groups:observation group and control group.20 samples were obtained from each group.The control group was given the patients were treated with routine blood therapy,and the patients were treated with blood purification treatment.The treatment effect,hospitalization time,improvement of heart rate,improvement of psychiatric symptoms and improvement of gastrointestinal function were observed and analyzed.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The improvement of heart rate,improvement of psychiatric symptoms and improvement of gastrointestinal function were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),the improvement of heart rate,the improvement of psychiatric symptoms and the improvement of gastrointestinal function were statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome patients with blood purification treatment, treatment effect is outstanding,shorter hospital stay,heart rate,mental symptoms and gastrointestinal function improved better,worthy of clinical reference.
