Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation and clinical significance of Th17-related cytokines and anti-CCP antibodies in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.According to DAS28 scores, the patients were divided in to active group of 32 patients(DAS28>3.2)and stable group of 28 patients(DAS28≤3.2).Another 60 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Serum Th17-related cytokines(IL-17,IL-6,TGF-β1)were determined by ELISA,and the positive rate of anti-CCP antibody was detected by colloidal gold immunochromatography. The testing results were compared between the three groups.ResultsThe positive rate of anti-CCP:active group>stable group>control group(P<0.05). IL-17 and IL-6 levels:active group>stable group>control group(P<0.05).TGF-β1 level:active group<stable group<con trol group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe higher of the positive rate of anti-CCP antibody, the level of IL-17 and IL-6,the higher DAS28 score of RA,and the higher of level of TGF-β1,the lower of the DAS28 score of RA.Therefore,Th17-related cytokines and anti-CCP antibodies can improve the sensitivity and specificity of RA diagnosis and activity judgment, providing the basis for new treatment strategies.
