Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effect of transurethral holmium laser resection and transurethral resection of superficial bladder tumor, which could provide evidence for clinical treatment of superficial bladder tumor.Methods76 patients with superficial bladder cancer from June 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were analyzed, according to the method of random number of clinical trials, they were divided into two groups,38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with transurethral resection treatment, observation group was treated with transurethral holmium laser resection, intraoperative and postoperative general situation of patients in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe operation time of the observation group[(23.6±6.3)min],the amount of bleeding[(25.1±5.9)ml],and the incidence rate of urethral stricture(2.63%)was significantly better than the control group[(31.2±5.8)min,(48.3±7.5)ml,7.89%] (P<0.05).The bladder irrigation time of the observation group[(1.0±0.3)d],the catheter indwelling time after operation[(4.1± 2.1)d].and the incidence of urethral stricture(0%)were significantly better than the control group[(2.2±0.8)d,(5.3±2.5)d, 5.26%](P<0.05).ConclusionTransurethral green laser vaporization resection of superficial bladder tumor with shorter operative time, less bleeding, less incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications. It is safe, reliable and effective, and it is worthy of clinical research.
