Abstract:Objective To explore correlation of serum reproductive hormone levels and testicular spermatogenic function of male patients with azoospermia. Methods 144 cases of patients who were diagnosed in hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were selected, and 94 cases of patients with azoospermia were selected as experimental group and 50 cases of fertile healthy men were selected as the control group. The patients in the experimental group were divided into group A(31 cases without sperm group)and group B(63 cases with sperm group). The difference of semen routine and serum reproductive hormone level, and the correlation of testicular spermatogenesis function were compared. Results FSH and LH of group A were significantly higher than those of control group, while the testosterone level was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hormone levels between group B and the control group(P>0.05).FSH,LH hormone levels and testicular spermatogenesis showed a negative correlation results(FSH:r=-0.572,P= 0.000;LH:r=-0.431,P=0.000),testosterone T and testicular spermatogenic function was positively correlated(r=0.313,P= 0.014).PRL,E2had no correlation with testicular spermatogenic function. Conclusion FSH is closely related to azoospermia and can be used as a predictor of pre-testicular puncture. It is of great significance for the treatment of azoospermia and deserves further study.
