Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of Mometasone Furoate Cream combined with Calcipotriol Ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema and neurodermatitis.Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic eczema and neurodermatitis treated in our hospital were randomly selected as object from August 2014 to August 2015.The patients were divided into two groups according to the method of medication.44 patients given Mometasone Furoate Cream for the control group,while 50 cases based on the control group were given Kalbotriol Ointment for the observation group.Efficacy of different drugs was evaluated.Results After treatment,the lesion area,lesion area score,skin pruritus score and eczema index score,skin physiological function and treatment efficiency of the observation group were statistically significant compared with the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Mometasone Furoate Cream combined with Calcipotriol Ointment for the treatment of chronic eczema and neurodermatitis can obviously narrow the target lesion area and reduce the degree of skin lesions,improve the skin itching,the effect is remarkable.
