家庭服务从业人员公众基础急救知识与技能掌握情况调查研究

摘要目的综合调查佛山市家庭服务从业人员公众基础急救知识与技能掌握情况，评估其在日常生活所发生的意外事件中自救以及施救的本领，为在家庭、社区、中介人群中开展不同形式的培训提供科学的数据参考。方法选取在本地区2014年8月～2015年12月家庭服务机构、中介、社区中抽取家庭服务从业人员140人作为研究对象，140人中有4个不同层面的人群，主要包括老人和患者护理、婴幼儿看护、家庭保洁以及家庭烹饪。采取面对面问卷调查法并选拔在佛山市顺德区第一人民医院附属陈村医院的高等院校实习生作为调研员。采用SPSS 20.0统计学软件进行统计学分析140例调查对象（家庭服务机构、中介以及社区等家庭服务从业人员）的知识水平、卫生知识、食品安全知识及对突发事件的应对能力。结果在发生紧急情况时，4个不同层面的人群在正确呼救掌握度、知晓基础急救知识度、了解心肺复苏度、需求急救知识与技能度以及愿意接受急救技能专业培训度方面比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；4个不同层面的人群在在掌握简单急救工具使用度方面比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），4个不同层面的人群在掌握心肺复苏操作方面比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论佛山市家庭服务从业人员公众基础急救知识与技能掌握水平较低，需要加强公众急救意识，普及相关急救知识。

Abstract：Objective To investigate comprehensively the public basic first-aid knowledge and skill mastery for family service employees of Foshan City,and evaluate the ability of self rescue and rescue in the accidents happened in daily life,and to provide scientific reference for the different forms of training conducted in the family,community and intermediary.Methods 140 family service employees extracted from family service agencies,intermediary and community in the local area from August 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research object,there are 4 different levels of the crowd of 140 people including the elderly and patient care,infant care,household cleaning and home cooking.Face to face questionnaire survey was used and college intern in Chencun Hospital Affiliated to the First People′s Hospital of Shunde District in Foshan City were selected as a researcher.The level of knowledge,knowledge of health and food safety knowledge and the ability to respond to emergencies were analyzed using SPSS 20 statistical software.Results In the event of an emergency,there was no statistical difference of in the right for master degree,mastery of knowledge of firstaid knowledge,understanding of basic CPR degree,first-aid knowledge and skills needing degreee and be willing to accept the professional training of first aid skills degree in 4 different levels of people(P＞0.05).There was a statistical difference of mastering the usage degree of simple first-aid tools(P＜0.05),and there was no statistical difference of the grasp of CPR operation for 4 different level groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The mastery level of public basic first-aid knowledge and skill in family service employees of Foshan City is lower,so it is necessary to strengthen the public awareness of and popularize the related knowledge of first-aid.
