Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the curative effect of nebulized Budesonide in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods75 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia pneumonia in our hospital from August 2013 to May 2016 were selected and divided into the treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=35).The two groups were treated with the conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given the treatment of Azithromycin and Budesonide Atomization Inhalation in addition,while the control group was treated only by Azithromycin.After the treatment,the effect of the two groups was compared.ResultsIn the treatment group,the effective rate (97.5%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.9%).The time of body temperature returned to normal,wheeze disappeared,and moist rales disappeared,cough weire disappeared in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group (5.0%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.0%);the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionBudesonide Inhalation in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia has significant clinical effect.It has less adverse reaction,safe and effective,and is worth in clinical promotion.
