Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of abdominal B-ultrasound combined with vaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Methods97 cases of gynecological acute abdomen from July 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object,and surgical pathology diagnosis was used as gold standard. All patients were given pure abdominal B ultrasound,abdominal B-ultrasound combined with vaginal B-program for diagnosis.The diagnostic accuracy was compared between the two groups.ResultsThe diagnostic accuracy of abdominal B-ultrasound combined with vaginal B-ultrasound was 92.78%,which was higher than 74.23%of the abdominal B-ultrasound,with significant difference (χ2=12.125，P=0.000).ConclusionThe effect of abdominal B-ultrasound combined with vaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen is effective,the diagnostic accuracy of different types of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology is higher,and the misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis are less,and the ultrasonic examination is convenient and practical and economy.which can be used as an ideal gynecological acute abdomen detection means.
