Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of different oral motor interventions on oral feeding of premature infant.MethodsFrom January 2015 to June 2016,76 premature infants with gestational age treated by premature infant ward were selected as object in our hospital. After randomly numbering, they were evenly divided into observation group (n= 38)and control group(n=38)based on the parity of themantissa. In the control group,non-nutritional sucking intervention was carried out on the basis of routine nursing, and the observation group was given oralmassage intervention on the basis of control group. The related index of feeding progress, feeding performance, and body weight growth were compared between two groups.ResultsIn the observation group, the transition time and tube feeding time were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.01).The feeding efficiency in oral initially, themilk intake ratio in oral initially, and feeding efficiency in oral completely were all remarkably higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The bodymass in oral feeding completely was greatly higher than the latter(P=0.000).ConclusionCombination of oralmassage intervention and non-nutritive sucking intervention can significantly improve the feeding progress, feeding performance and promote body weightgrowth.
