Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effectof Chang Yuan Zhiyi Prescription in treating infantile enuresis.Methods60 infantile enuresis patients from October 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,and each group was 30 cases.Patients in control group were given Suoquan pill,and the observation group were given Chang Yuan Zhiyi Prescription thatmade in our hospital on the basis of control group.The treatment effects in two groupswere compared.ResultsAfter treatment, daytimemicturition frequency,number of nocturnal enuresis and night awakening times in observation group were less than those of control group[(1.24±0.26)times vs(2.30±0.31)times;(0.67±0.14)times vs(1.46±0.36)times and(0.76± 0.16)times vs(1.65±0.26)times](P＜0.01).The incidence rate of adverse effects in observation group during treatment was lower than that of control group[3.33%（1/30）vs 23.33%（7/30）]（P＜0.05）.The results of 2 months followed-up showed that recurrence rate in observation group was lower than that of control group[3.33%（1/30）vs 20.00%（6/30）], and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionUsing Chang Yuan Zhiyi Prescription in treating infantile enuresis with effective effects,which can improve enuresis symptoms effectively,with high safety and low recurrence rate and isworth to popularize.
