Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the effectofmobilemessage service(MMS)on improving of the treatmenteffectof community children with impaired glucose tolerance.MethodsFrom January 2013 to December 2015,120 children with impaired glucose tolerance from our hospital under the jurisdiction of seven community centers(total population 160,000) were selected.They were numbered according to the order of treatment and allocated by SPSS software in random.Children were divided into control group and observation group averagely by single-blind method,and he age,gender,and course of disease in each group or between groups had no great difference.In the control group,traditional teaching method was used to normalize the diet and the exercise as a cooperation,while in the observation group,on the basis of the control group,MMSwas added.The total effective rate of intervention and score of satisfaction on nursing service by children′s parents in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was remarkably higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).The score of satisfaction on nursing service by children′s parents in the observation group was alsomuch higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionOn the basis of normalizing diet and exercise as a cooperation,application of MMS can improve the treatment effect of children with impaired glucose tolerance in community,and get a higher satisfaction from children′s parents,it isworthy of promoting.
