Abstract：Objective To investigate the difference of clinicalmanifestation and laboratory examination index between posthepatitic cirrhosis and alcoholic cirrhosis.M ethods 20 definite caseswith posthepatitic cirrhosis received and treated by our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were selected as hepatitis group,and 20 definite caseswith alcoholic cirrhosis for treatment at the same period were selected as alcoholic group.The clinical manifestations and complications of the two groupswere analyzed using retrospective studymethod.Results The incidence rate of right upper quadrant abdominal pain,jaundice and hepatomegaly in alcoholic group was higher than that of posthepatitic cirrhosis group,and incidence rate of ascites and splenomegaly was lower than that of posthepatitic cirrhosis group;AST/ALT, valley aminoacyl transfer peptidase,triglyceride glycerol,cholesterol and serum uric acid value of alcoholic group was higher than that of hepatitis group;the incidence rate of spontaneous bacterial peritonitis in alcohol cirrhosis group was significantly higher than that in hepatitis group,while the incidence rate of liver and kidney syndrome,primary liver cancer and hepatic encephalopathy in hepatitis group was significantly higher than that in alcoholic group respectively. All the above-mentioned differencewas statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion There are different clinicalmanifestation and characteristic in posthepatitic cirrhosis and alcoholic cirrhosis which provide reference for clinical differentiation.
