Abstract:Objective To explore molecular evolution analyzing of hemagglutinin and neuraminidase gene for H7N9 avian influenza virus in our country. Methods The medical records of human infection H7N9 avian influenza virus for different ways publishing, the epidemiology feature for H7N9 avian influenza virus in our country from January 2013 to November 2015 were analyzed, the nucleotide sequence and amino acid sequence of H7N9 avian influenza virus viral strain were selected, nucleotide and coding key sites were analyzed. Results Homologous points of viral strain inland were greater than 0.99,from neuraminidase gene were homology analyzed, neuraminidase gene KF662949 of the first H7N9 avian influenza virus in Guangdong and neuraminidase gene CY147110 of avian influenza virus in Shandong, neuraminidase gene KF500926 of avian influenza virus in Zhejiang were higher homology,KF662949 and CY147110 homology score was 0.999.Amino acid sequence cracking site and potential glycosylation sites of hemagglutinin was 30,46,249,421,493,Amino acid sequence resistance loci and potential glycosylation sites of neuraminidase was 119R, 120E,152D,153R,200N,226R,229E,245D,276H,278E,279E,294R,332D,351K,427E.Conclusion H7N9 avian influenza virus has a certain aggregation in time and space, with closer time, shorter distance, which has appeared more close evolutionary relationship.
