Abstract:Objective To explore effect of the traditional pap smear cytology,liquid based cytology and human papillomavirus(HPV)application of DNA detection in the screening of patients with cervical cancer.Methods 800 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2016 were selected as the research object,the patients were given conventional pap smear cytology,liquid based cytology,human papillomavirus DNA screening and colposcopy in screening patients with pathological results as the final standard,the different inspection methods of the inspection results were compared.Results 800 cases of patients with pap smear screening showed that 102 cases were positive(12.8%),the results of liquid based cytology showed 112 cases were positive(14.0%)the screening method,HPV DNA positive patients showed 205 cases(25.6%),pathology screening results showed 103 cases(12.9%).The results of screening and screening results of liquid based cytology and pathology The highest consistency,which had significant difference with other two kinds of screening methods for comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion Liquid based cytology can be used as the preferred method of screening for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions,the patients with pathological results of the highest consistency,which is worthy of clinical application.
