Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscope combined with bile duct endoscope in the treatment of gallstones. Methods 80 patients with gallstones in our hospital from March 2008 to March 2016 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the double mirror group according to the different treatmentmethods，40 cases in each group.The conventional group was given conventional open surgery，and the double mirror group was treated by laparoscope combined with biliary endoscope.The operation time，intraoperative blood loss，gastrointestinal recovery time，analgesic use cases，hospital days，treatment effect and the incidence rate of postoperative complications in the two groupswas compared.Results The operation time，recovery time of gastrointestinal tract and hospital days in the doublemirror group was shorter than that in the conventional group，the amount of blood loss and the use of analgesics in the doublemirror group was less than that in the conventional group，with significant difference （P＜0.01）.The cured and markedly effective rate in the double mirror group was 90.0%，which was higher than 67.5%in the conventional group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The incidence rate of total complications in the doublemirror group was 5.0%，which was lower than 25.0%in the conventional group，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscope combined with bile duct endoscope can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of gallstones，promote postoperative recovery of patients，reduce the incidence of complications.It can be used as one of the important surgical treatment of gallstones.
