Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical treatment effect of loratadine and phenylsulfonic bepotastine besilate in the treatment of rhinallergosis. Methods Ninety-eight cases of patients with rhinallergosis in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2016 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the time of admission. The group A were treated with loratadine, while the group B were treated with phenylsulfonic bepotastine besilate. The levels of IgE and ECP,clinical signs and symptoms, adverse reactions and VAS scores in the two groupswere observed and compared, then the clinical treatment effect was compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the group B was significantly higher than that in the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,The levels of IgE and ECP in the group B was obviously lower than that in the group A respectively, with significant differences (P<0.01).The scores of clinical signs and symptoms in the group B was obviously lower than that in the group A respectively with significant differences(P<0.01).After treatment, the VAS scores of two groupswas significantly lower and the VAS score of group B was lower than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the incidence rate of adverse reactions of group B was significantly lower than that in the group A,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment effect of phenylsulfonic bepotastine besilate in the treatment of rhinallergosis is better than that of loratadine, which isworthy promotion in clinic.
