自动痔疮套扎术治疗老年及体质虚弱患者痔的效果观察

摘要目的探究自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）在老年及体质虚弱患者痔治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月～2015年10月于本院进行治疗的60例老年及体质虚弱痔患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组进行吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗，观察组进行RPH治疗，比较两组中不同分度者的治疗总有效率、并发症发生率、出血量，治疗前及治疗后不同时间的疼痛情况及机体应激指标。结果观察组中Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度及整组患者的治疗总有效率均高于对照组，并发症发生率均低于对照组，出血量均少于对照组，治疗后不同时间的疼痛评分及机体应激指标均低于对照组，P均＜0.05。结论 RPH在老年及体质虚弱患者痔治疗中的临床效果较好，机体的不良应激及不适感均控制较好，更适用于老年及体质虚弱的痔患者。

Abstract：Objective To observe and investigate the clinical effect of ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids（RPH）in the treatment of elderly and frail patients with hemorrhoids.Methods 60 elderly and frail patients with hemorrhoids in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the research object，and 60 elderly and frail patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group，the control group were treated with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH），the observation group were treated with RPH，then the total effective rates，complication rates，blood boss of different degree，pain situation and body stress indexes before the treatment and at different time after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of observation group with Ⅲ degre，Ⅳdegree and total group was higher than that of control group respectively，the complication rates was lower than that of control group respectively，the blood loss was less than that of control group respectively，the pain score and body stress indexes at different time was lower than that of control group respectively，all P＜0.05.Conclusion The clinical effect of RPH in the treatment of elderly and frail patients with hemorrhoids are better，and its control effect for the body bad stress and discomfortness are better，so it is more suitable to the elderly and frail patients with hemorrhoids.
