Abstract:Objective To explore the imageology character of chondroblastoma.Methods The data of 15 chondroblastoma patients,confirmed by pathology,from January 2010 to December 2015 of hospital affiliated to Guizhou university of medical sciences were selected.The imageology character was summarized.Results Among 15 cases,13 cases appeared in long bone epiphysis (8 cases were shinbone,4 cases were femur and 1 was humerus);1 appeared in patella and 1 appeared intalus bone.The imageology character was mainly of quasi-circular,boundary clear dilatability bone destruction area(X-ray and CT in low density,MRI in a bit long T1 and length mixed T2 signal),visible lesions internal calcifications and hardening of the edge.Conclusion Careful analysis the imaging characteristics of chondroblastoma can enhance the imaging diagnostic level of this disease,help clinical diagnosis as soon as possible and understand the recurrence,transfer and malignancy.
