The gastric retention-type sustained and controlled release drug delivery system is a type of drug that can prolong the drug retention time in the stomach, increase the absorption of the drug in the gastrointestinal tract,or enhance the therapeutic effect of the drug in the stomach, reduce adverse reactions and the number of medications, and improve clinical efficacy new drug delivery system.By reviewing relevant literature in recent years at home and abroad, this article reviews the recent research progress of several gastric retention-type sustained and controlled release drug delivery system based on recent research hotspots of gastric-retentive preparations. In addition, the application of nanotechnology and 3D printing technology in the system of gastric retention and drug retention was introduced briefly, which provides a reference for the theoretical research and development of this type of drug delivery system.
Objective To explore the application effect of noninvasive real-time arterial blood pressure monitoring system in trigeminal nerve microvascular decompression surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with trigeminal nerve microvascular decompression surgery admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the study objects, they were divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50) according to the random drawing method. The blood pressure of the control group was measured by routine blood pressure detector, and the observation group was monitored by noninvasive real-time arterial blood pressure monitoring system.Blood pressure before and after operation was compared between the two groups. The effect of operation and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in systolic pressure(SBP) and diastolic pressure (DBP) between the two groups (P>0.05).The levels of SBP and DBP in the two groups were lower than those before operation at 10 minutes and after operation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of SBP and DBP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 10 minutes after operation and after operation, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference of total effective rate of surgical treatmentbetween the two groups (P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing trigeminal microvascular decompression surgery, conventional blood pressure detector and noninvasive real-time arterial blood pressure monitoring system have the same effect on surgical treatment, but noninvasive real-time arterial blood pressure monitoring system can continuously monitor the blood pressure level of patients and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
