寿胎丸联合低分子肝素治疗不明原因复发性流产的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Shoutai Pills combined with low molecular weight Heparin in the treatment of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods A total of 120 patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA)who admitted to Zhuhai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the study group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional placenta therapy combined with low molecular weight Heparin.The study group was treated with Shoutai Pills.After two months of treatment,the patients in study group would try to get pregnant.After pregnancy,the patients would continue to be treated with Shoutai Pills combined with low molecular weight Heparin.The rates of successful fetal protection and total incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results The success rate of fetal protection in the study group(83.3%)was higher than that in the control group(65.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group(20.0%)and the control group(15.0%)(P＞0.05).Conclusion Shoutai Pills combined with low molecular weight Heparin in the treatment of URSA patients can significantly improve the success rate of fetal protection,and the total incidence of adverse reactions is low.This method is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical application.
