止痛如神汤加减熏洗治疗痔疮患者的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Zhitong Rushen Decoction modified fumigation in the treatment of hemorrhoid patients.Methods A total of 66 patients with hemorrhoids in Wuyishan Municipal Hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(33 cases)and the observation group(33 cases)according to dynamic random grouping method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Zhitong Rushen Decoction modified fumigation.The total effective rate,clinical symptoms and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the anal edema score,bleeding score and anal distension score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Zhitong Rushen Decoction modified fumigation in the treatment of hemorrhoids is significant,which can not only greatly improve the clinical treatment effect,but also improve the clinical symptoms and clinical manifestations of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is suitable for clinical implementation and promotion.
