| Study on the influence of professional self-concept on perceived professional benefit of nursing students in vocational colleges |

Abstract Objective In order to improve the stability of nursing team in the future,this paper investigated the influence of professional self-concept on perceived professional benefit of nursing students in vocational colleges.Methods From June to September 2019,a total of 532 nursing interns from Taishan Vocational College of Nursing were selected by convenience sampling method,professional self-concept of nurses instrument questionnaire and nurses′perceived professional benefits questionnaire were conducted.Results The score of professional self-concept of nursing students in vocational colleges was(86.61±10.06)points,and the total score of nurses′perceived professional benefits was(120.61±29.45)points.There was a positive correlation between professional self-concept and occupational benefit of nursing students.Conclusion Nurses′professional self-concept was in a positive state,and perceived professional benefits was in the middle level.Nursing educationers should to guide nursing interns to form positive professional selfconcept,to inhance the professional benefits and stability of nursing troop.
