半夏白术天麻汤加减配合中药沐足治疗顽固性高血压的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined Chinese herbal foot massage in the treatment of refractory hypertension.Methods A total of 90 patients with refractory hypertension admitted to Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the treatment group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was routinely given western medicine for antihypertensive treatment,and the treatment group was additionally taken on this basis Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction,combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot treatment.The antihypertensive effect,plasma renin activity(PRA)level,homocysteine(Hcy)level and improvement of TCM symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in total efficiently compared between the two groups(P>0.05).The reduction of PRA and Hcy levels in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of symptom improvement was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot massage is safe and effective to treat refractory hypertension.It could lower blood pressure,alleviate clinical symptoms,and reduce PRA and Hcy levels.
