体外受精-胚胎移植助孕与自然受孕的分娩情况及新生儿结局分析

Abstract Objective To investigate the birth of in vitro fertilization-embryonic transplantation(IVF-ET)assisted conception and natural conception and neonatal conditions.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 8318 puerperae′s clinical data and delivery of newborns from January 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital.According to different conceptions,they were divided into a test tube group(523 cases of pregnant women,611 cases of neonates)and a normal group(7795 cases of pregnant women,7911 cases of neonates).The mode of delivery,complications associated with delivery,and neonatal outcomes were compared in the two groups.Results The incidence of cesarean section of the test tube group was higher than that in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rates of premature birth,placenta previa,postpartum bleeding,and eclampsia in the test tube group were higher than those of the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence rates of dystocia or premature rupture of fetal membranes between the two groups(P＞0.05).The incidence rates of neonatal infectious pneumonia and low birth weight were higher than those of the normal group with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The risks of delivery-related complications and neonatal complications are increased in IVF-ET assisted conception,which increases the probability of cesarean section,should pay attention to perinatal care,and treat complications in time.
