隐疤痕改良三孔法腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床应用

Abstract Objective To evaluate the clinical application effect of modified three-hole laparoscopic appendectomy with hidden scars.Methods 100 patients undergoing appendectomy who were admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the experimental subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional open appendectomy,and the experimental group was givenmodified three-hole laparoscopic appendectomy with hidden scars.The clinical indicators,the incidence rate of complications,the application rate of analgesia and peritoneal drainage tube placement rate were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The blood loss during the surgery in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average hospital stay was shorter in the experimental group than that in the control group (P<0.05);the average incision length in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05);the incidence rate of complication was 16.0% (8/50)in the experimental group and 42.0%(21/50)in the control group,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the rate of analgesic use and the placement rate of peritoneal drainage tube in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of modified three-hole laparoscopic appendectomy with hidden scars is effective,which can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative complications,with fast recovery and less trauma,which is worthy of application and promotion.
