经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous endoscopic discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 96 patients with lumbar disc herniation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(48 cases)and the observation group(48 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with small incision interlaminar fenestration of nucleus pulposus,while patients in the observation group were treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy.The operation effect,complication rate,pain score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of postoperative clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.83%,and the effective rate of treatment in the control group was 83.33%,which was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the postoperative visual analogue scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the concise health measurement scale score was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,the choice of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy has a better effect on patients with lumbar disc herniation,and can help patients reduce the probability of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
