单孔充气法腔镜保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of single-port laparoscopic breast-conserving surgery on patients with early breast cancer.Methods A total of 86 patients with early breast cancer admitted to the Department of Breast Surgery,Liangxiang Hospital in Fangshan District,Beijing from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by single-port laparoscopic breast-conserving surgery,and the control group was treated by open breast-conserving surgery.The perioperative indexes,common postoperative complications and breast appearance satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Breast conserving surgery was successfully completed in 86 patients with a success rate of 100.00%.The operation time of observation group was longer than that in the control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,and the total length of incision was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no statistical significances in the total amount of postoperative drainage,drainage time and hospital stay between the two groups(P＞0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The breast appearance satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with open breast-conserving surgery,the single-port laparoscopic breast-conserving surgery has such advantages as smaller wound,less complications,and better cosmetic outcomes in treating patients with early breast cancer.
