| Clinical effect of intervertebral bone graft fusion and internal fixation under foraminal endoscope in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of intervertebral foraminal bone graft fusion and internal fixation in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods From July 2019 to June 2020,60 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis admitted to Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the study group and the control group by grasping the balls,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the study group were treated with foraminal bone graft fusion and internal fixation,and in the control group,traditional open surgery was adopted.The total effective rate,operation-related indexes,total incidence of postoperative complications,reduction rate of spondylolisthesis and interbody fusion rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The reduction rate of spondylolisthesis and the rate of intervertebral fusion in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional open surgical treatment,for patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis,intervertebral foraminal bone graft fusion and internal fixation has an ideal clinical effect on reducing the incidence of complications,and increasing reduction of spondylolisthesis and rate of intervertebral fusion,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
